This program, taught by a trained instructor, gives participants the opportunity to do gentle activities in warm water to help increase joint mobility, flexibility, and maintain muscle strength.
Note: A completed Physician's Information Form is required prior to participation.

Often times strength training can be an intimidating experience. Learning how to strength train correctly can improve many functional areas of your life. Sign-up to train in a group setting with a Certified Personal Trainer. You will realize what you have been missing. Sessions require a group of 4 individuals. Enjoy a great total body cardiovascular workout in a NO-IMPACT environment. This class uses floatation belts in the deep end of the pool. Swimming is a must!!
